We’re open mornings and evenings, making it easier for you to schedule around work and other obligations.

What Is a School Physical?

School physicals are routine medical exams required by the majority of school districts. Their purpose is to check in on students’ health, development, and wellbeing, as well as to ensure students have received all the required immunizations before the start of the school year. The exam is conducted by a licensed medical provider who will:

  • Review your child’s medical history
  • Conduct a physical exam
  • Ask whether you or your child have questions related to their health

What to Bring to a School Physical

When you visit Cape Regional Urgent Care for a school physical, all you will need to bring is your photo ID and any paperwork you need to submit to the school as proof of the exam. Once the physical has been completed, our provider will fill out and sign your paperwork.
